Delivery

All of my products are hand-made, by me, and made to order. Due to each item being hand-made, please expect them to take 3-5 working days before they are shipped. During busy periods, delivery can take up to 10 working days. 

UK Next Day. Next (working) day delivery to the UK (if ordered before 12 noon Monday – Thursday) £9.50. Please note if you order after 12 noon on a Thursday, your order will be with you on Monday (unless a Public Holiday).

UK Standard. Standard delivery to the UK is £2.65 for small items and up to £3.95 for large items. Standard delivery of all Hats to the UK is £4.99.

International. Shipping to the United States is £16. Please contact me for a quote if delivery to Europe is required. For all other locations, please contact me for a quote.

Returns

For all returns, please get in touch prior to returning your item to ensure you are provided with the best possible resolution.

I really hope you are satisfied with your order. A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality.

However, if you are not satisfied, please get in touch and I will endeavour to find a solution for you. If on the very rare occasion there has been a manufacturing fault, please get in touch and I will offer to repair or replace the item for you.

Should you have a manufacturing fault or a problem with your Fedora Hat, please send me your order details whereby I will advise a refund or exchange.
