Returns
I really hope you are satisfied with your order. A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality.
However, if you are not satisfied, please get in touch and I will endeavour to find a solution for you. If on the very rare occasion there has been a manufacturing fault, please get in touch and I will offer to repair or replace the item for you.
Should you have a manufacturing fault or a problem with your Fedora Hat, please send me your order details whereby I will advise a refund or exchange.
For all returns, please get in touch prior to returning your item to ensure you are provided with the best possible resolution.
