Shipping policy

Delivery

All of my products are hand-made, by me, and made to order. Due to each item being hand-made, please expect them to take 3-5 working days before they are shipped. During busy periods, delivery can take up to 10 working days. 

I do hold some items in stock, which might be useful if you need something in a hurry. Please visit my Next Day Delivery collection, or get in touch to ask if something is in stock and available for standard delivery.

• UK Standard. Standard delivery to the UK is £4.25. Standard delivery of all Hats to the UK is £4.99.

International. Shipping to the United States is £16. Please contact me for a quote if delivery to Europe is required. For all other locations, please contact me for a quote.

Returns

I really hope you are satisfied with your order. A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality.

However, if you are not satisfied, please get in touch and I will endeavour to find a solution for you. If on the very rare occasion there has been a manufacturing fault, please get in touch and I will offer to repair or replace the item for you.

Should you have a manufacturing fault or a problem with your Fedora Hat, please send me your order details whereby I will advise a refund or exchange.

For all returns, please get in touch prior to returning your item to ensure you are provided with the best possible resolution.
